Dance-based workout with the stars of the TV show. Sam, Billie and Lydia show you how to get in shape with the help of dance choreographers Glen Ball and Deanne Berry. The three 20-minute workouts comprise: 'Totally Retro Reem', where the girls dance to their favourite dance tracks from the 1980s and '90s; 'Burn those Carbs before Marbs' has Glen showing the girls how to turn combat moves into dance-based fitness workouts; and 'Well Jel Workout', a no-holds-barred cardio routine.
